Internships:
Focused on providing real-world experience for college students that have completed their 18 months qualification and now require practical experience. Interns are embedded in business functions where they contribute to meaningful projects, gain mentorship, and prepare for full-time roles.
Learnerships:
Accredited, work-based learning programs that combine theoretical learning with practical application. These offer a pathway to employment for many who might not otherwise have access to formal education or corporate training.

Story of Miche:
One such story is that of Miche, who joined our company as part of an 18-month Finance Internship. Through dedication and guidance from her mentors, Miche not only completed the program with success but was offered a permanent role as a Creditors Clerk in our Finance Department. Today, she plays a critical role in managing our accounts and continues to grow within the team.
Story of Bradley:
Then there's Bradley, who started in an 18-month Finance Internship with a strong interest in numbers but an open mind about where he could make the biggest impact. With room to explore and the support of our mentorship team, he discovered a passion for data. Today, Bradley has successfully transitioned into a Data Analyst role within our company demonstrating that with the right environment, career paths can evolve in powerful and unexpected ways.
Story of Richie:
We’re also incredibly proud of Richie, who began his journey on a Warehouse and Operations Learnership. After completing his NQF Level 3, Richie didn’t stop there he took ownership of his growth and development. His commitment paid off, and he is now thriving as a Stock Administrator, where he brings both technical expertise and on-the-ground experience to a vital function of our operations.
