Our supplier and enterprise development programme has been developed to assist previously disadvantaged South Africans with funding and support to build their own successful small to medium enterprise (SME).

 

BNM endeavour to empower aspiring and ambitious entrepreneurs to build their own successful enterprise. By doing this we’re not only helping to create and sustain jobs, but we’re also making a meaningful difference to many families and communities in South
Africa.

Our Enterprise development programme provides relevant support and skills for entrepreneurs who want to build a business or take their existing business to the next level. Through this programme, entrepreneurs received business development support, training and mentorship, giving them a launch-pad for growth and enabling them to create the much needed jobs.

We focused on several new enterprises, as well as building on our previous success stories. We are proud of our track record in the building and mentoring our selected Entrepreneurs in all fields that we work with.

Bespoke Branding

The Jodi Deerling Brand Pty Ltd. create, manufacture and supply handmade products in South Africa, from genuine leather accessories, to manufacturing clothing items and shoes, wooden items and the ability to work with various materials.

Jodi is a serial entrepreneur. He is passionate, excited, creative and inspiring. BNM today is his biggest client. We work with Jodi to create items that are different and proudly South African.

  • BNM has assisted Jodi with an interest free loan
  • Special payment terms are given to assist with cash flow, and we work closely with the production team to ensure Jodi’s factory is at maximum capacity.
  • The BNM management team works closely with Jodi mentoring him through the challenges of a growing business.

Clothing Factory

Is a clothing factory based in Durban. The business with BNM has grown exponentially over the past 2 – 3 years.

The BNM team has worked hard to improve our “Made in South Africa” percentage of procurement, and our close relationship with the owners of RPT have seen a huge increase in local procurement.

  • BNM has given RPT financial assistance of an Interest Free loan with no security to assist with operational requirements.
  • The BNM management team gives on-going mentorship and coaching to the owner of RPT.

Courier services

Blue Line Express is a national and international company with branches worldwide, offering road and air courier services at an affordable price and with commitment to excellence.

Providing them with 80% of our courier work to ensure their growth and subsequent increase in turnover

  • Assisted with black shareholder change from 51.4% to 87.4%
  • Mentorship and business development from one of our Directors to the owners of World Connect Courier.
  • On-going support with regards to business growth and development as and when needed.
  • Assisting with new business and meeting with their potential suppliers.
