The Industrial Engineer Graduate will analyse, optimise and improve operational processes within warehouse management, order fulfilment and distribution. This role will focus on streamlining workflows, reducing errors , improving stock accuracy, and supporting the creation of standardized procedures for smooth business operations..

What You'll Do:

Process Mapping & Analysis:
Examine and document end-to-end business processes to gain a clear understanding of current operations.
Identifying Operational Gaps:
Spot inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks within warehouse and distribution workflows.
Improvement Planning:
Develop strategies to improve accuracy, reduce costs, and enhance turnaround times.
Standardisation & Documentation:
Create clear SOPs, work instructions, and checklists to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Training & Change Management:
Support warehouse staff with process training and guide them through operational changes.
Productivity Studies:
Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and stock management reviews to drive efficiency.
Technology Integration
Collaborate with teams to implement systems and tools that optimise warehouse operations.
Warehouse Layout Design:
Assist in designing storage layouts and processes that maximise space and efficiency.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to ongoing initiatives that strengthen operational performance across all functions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BEng / BSc Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Graduate / entry-level candidate (0-2 years’ experience)
  • Exposure to warehouse operations, logistics, or process improvements would be an advantageous

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication and ability to work well with warehouse team
  • Practical, detail-orientated, and hands on approach
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn the promotional industry’s operational requirements.

QA & QC Officer

We’re now seeking a quality-driven self starter skilled in QA/QC for promo, manufacturing, or retail to safeguard excellence and propel further growth.

The success candidates, would ideally be from the promotional industry and / or manufacturing and / or retail industry. Well versed on QA & QC processes and procedures, self-starter with a passion for excellence and a knack for quality and is looking to further grow and develop themselves.

What You'll Do:

Build the QA/QC framework
Design and maintain end-to-end quality systems and standard operating procedures that align with business goals.
Oversee inspections
Lead pre-production, in-line, incoming-stock, and sampling inspections to verify compliance at every stage.
Safeguard product conformity
Ensure all goods meet company and client specifications, documenting and reporting any defects or deviations.
Drive issue resolution
Manage customer complaints, rejects, and returns, implementing corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
Strengthen partnerships
Cultivate collaborative relationships with suppliers and customers to uphold quality standards and streamline workflows.
Enable team excellence
Deliver training for warehouse and cross-functional teams, fostering a quality-focused culture and consistent best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Higher qualification in Fashion Design, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent problem solving, decision making and analytical skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
